- 50% deposit is required to secure a booking at Elk at Falls.
- The balance of all deposits are collected within 60 days of arrival or on 1st June each season, whichever is the earliest. If a booking is made after 1st June, the full amount of the booking must be paid.
- We accept direct bank deposit, master card and visa card
- A 1.5% surcharge will apply for all credit card payments
If the booking is cancelled Elk at Falls will attempt to re-let and if Elk at Falls can re-let the apartment; the money held by Elk at Falls will be refunded less a 15% cancelation fee which will be retained by Elk at Falls.
If Elk at Falls cannot re-let the apartment, all monies held by Elk at Falls will be retained.
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover the loss of monies paid in the event of having to cancel your reservation.
Reservations require a Security Bond on arrival in the form of a signed bond form and credit card details.
Person(s) booking accommodation are responsible for any loss or damage to it. The bond is additional to the cost of the reservation and is fully refundable after departure providing the property is left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition.
Keycards will not be issued until the Security Bond is processed.
Elk at Falls is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted at any time within the apartment, hallways, restaurant or common areas. Smoking is only permitted on balconies, or outside the property. Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning costs.
Elk at Falls Noise Policy: to respect other guests, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7am. Excessive noise after hours will not be tolerated; Elk at Falls reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately, without refund.
The number of guests staying in the apartment shall not exceed the number of guests booked and declared on the Guest Registration Card. Should at any time the number of guest in the apartment exceed the number of guests declared, Elk at Falls reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately, without refund.

Please Note: Every effort is made to make rooms available as soon as possible; however we cannot guarantee room availability before 4:00pm. Change facilities, luggage and ski storage is available.
CHECK OUT: 10:00am
Check out time is strictly 10am. Keycards to the apartments are to be returned to reception upon departure. A replacement fee of $25.00 shall be charged to the guest account should they not be returned.
The Snow Guarantee ensures that, if 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival there is insufficient snow to enable snow-sports on at least 3 designated downhill runs at Falls Creek, all payments received (less booking fee) will be refunded. All snow guarantee cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. This guarantee does not apply if snow-sport runs at the Resort cannot be accessed should ski lifts be unable to operate due to other conditions. This guarantee is applicable during Elk at Falls Peak/High Season only.

All rates and services are subject to change, without notice, at the operator’s discretion. All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
A surcharge applies to all single night reservations.
