Apartment 3
Apartment 3 is Elk’s new seductive cocktail bar hidden behind a luxe emerald curtain. Apartment 3 is an après and late-night New York-style, 50 seat lounge and bar. Designed by the coolest and most talented, Coy Yiontis Architects, it is an intimate and visually stunning space. Apartment 3 boasts luxurious finishes, sensory lighting and curated playlists to keep you unwinding into the night.
Demolition and renovation commenced at the end of the 2018 winter season. Alpine Building Company, owned by Damien Allport and Shane Lawther led the development team once again.
Apartment 3 was previously the old managers apartment. The space was originally a garage in the 80's that opened from the road for locals to bring their ski-doos for maintanence. Locals nicknamed it the 'doo-bar'; After a long day, locals would bring a 6-pack and hang out.
