A great escape

"This accommodation is top notch. We had an apartment which had a very well equipped kitchen with plenty of seating and an adjoining comfortable lounge area. The beds were just the ticket for a tired body after a days skiing. Lovely decor, well fitted bathrooms and a laundry make this a home away from home. The hairdryer made my day and all of this is complimented by the lovely Elk restaurant next door."

When in fall stay at the elk!!

"Stayed 2 nights mid week in a 2 b/room apmt. Fantastic lodge, very central within village. Absolute ski in/out location. Clean modern rooms with great kitchen and great views. Highly recommend the restaurant inside the lodge especially their 12 inch bacon & egg toastie to kick of a day skiing. Highly recommended."

Best on moutain!

"Really great atmosphere, what Barry has tried to create is definitely something special and in just its 2nd year! With staff like Grant, Zac, Joel, Loretta and Amani every meal is an experience and must, when on mountain at falls."

Top Restaurant at Victoria's Premier Ski Resort

"My only experience has been with the Elk Restaurant within the lodge. I am a regular visitor to Falls Creek and stay in a club lodge - therefor do not look for public accomodation on the mountain. However with my friends and ski buddies we often dine out at various restaurants around the mountain. After 3 visits to the resort this winter, the Elk restaurant run by Barry must be amongst if not the best place to eat out while in Falls Creek. A good range of dishes on the menu and a wine list which is not over the top."
